Sand drift 'De Zoom'

A sand drift is a clearing in the heathland where no vegetation occurs and where the sand is blown away by wind and water (rain showers). Sand drift De Zoom has special flora and fauna, including the juniper bush. It is a beautiful area for walking or cycling. You can park your car at the end of the Badweg. It is only a short walk to the sand drift then. Behind the sand drift you will find the Doornspijkse Heide. Accessible through a gate.
