Klankenklooster at Museum Elburg

Museum Elburg will start again with a series of concerts under the name Klankenklooster in the beautiful chapel of the former Agnietenklooster.
The first concert is planned on Friday evening, October 18 at 7:30 PM by Rik Elings, owner of Cultuurschip Thor in Zwolle. Rik will also musically inaugurate the new addition to Museum Elburg, the Collard & Collard grand piano. This beautiful instrument, on loan from the Geelvinck Institute, was built in 1889 and completely overhauled by the specialized piano technician Hans Kramer. In terms of music, Rik will take you on a playful musical investigation, in which he will review many styles while improvising and talk about the grand piano. He likes to connect classical, neo-classical, jazz, pop, Latin and cabaret.
